A complete and signed application, with the appropriate application fee, must be submitted for each student before admitted. Interviews are also conducted from grade 2 and up. Official acceptance is based on the interview results and the availability of enrollment space. Ongata Royal Academy admits students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin.

INFORMATION TO PARENTS
Fees will be paid either termly or in two installments; the first installment of 50% is due before the term opens and the second installment of 50% at the end of the first month.
Parents are welcome to book an appointment with the class teacher, subject teacher or head teacher through the diary.
Any pupil who falls ill while in school will be provided with first aid treatment and the parent notified as soon as possible. In case the pupil requires urgent medical attention, the school will take the necessary action and the expenses incurred will be borne by the parent.
